Lisa’s flowers
I have a whole shelf full of art supplies and what do I go for? A ballpoint pen. Truthfully though, when I draw with ball point I feel like I am under no pressure. It really is the best feeling in the world, even if the drawing comes out awful.

Awful? Whoever said anything about any of your drawings being awful? I believe they would need to redefine that word in all the dictionaries around the world to lend even an iota of truth to your humble claim! I wish I could draw something half as “awful”! But “awesome” would be more like it – there’s a word better suited to describe even the most casual of your drawings! Lin couldn’t have picked a better substitution!
I hope you weren’t referring to this drawing Carolyn?! This most certainly is not awful!! It’s amazing. The shadowing you managed in ballpoint pen is incredible. I’ve never tried to draw in ballpoint, so I’m in awe of this. Well done!
