left hand sketches

Yesterday I was waiting for my macroecon class to start and I couln’t find anything interesting to draw except the emergency exit sign and the drop ceiling—so I had to draw myself. Luckily, I was able to cross Everyday Matters Challenge #10 (hands) off my list. It seems like all I’m doing these days is EDM challenges and Blind Contour Fridays but I’m honestly not drawing anything I wouldn’t have wanted to anyway. I’m actually pretty happy with this sketch, considering I’m not the greatest with hands (like most people) and I only spent 10 minutes on this.

Impressive for a quickie. Hands are hard aren’t they? It took forever for to be able tod draw some that looked human. Yours are really good.

Very nice! Definitely a more interesting subject not too mention more challenging to draw than an exit sign. And the result is great!

Really nice hands and especially if it only took 10 minutes. I am impressed.

    Hey,
The proportions are good, but the shading is quite bad, average.

Like I said, I drew this in 10 MINUTES before an economics course. It’s called a sketch for a reason.
